Objek wisata baru tersebut masih dalam proses pembangunan, mencapai 70% penyelesaian dan diharapkan selesai pada awal 2023. Adanya wisata taman bunga ini konon bisa meningkatkan potensi ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar Jatinangor.
Hal tersebut, ditambah dengan keberadaan tol Cisumdawu, sangat luar biasa untuk pariwisata di Sumedang. Taman Bunga Jatinangor dapat menarik wisatawan dan membawa Sumedang ke kabupaten yang menawarkan berbagai tujuan wisata.
Jatinangor National Flower Park memiliki sarana prasarana yang lengkap, seperti wahana Bianglala, Korakora, Kreta, gokar dan perosotan warna-warni. Objek wisata mirip dengan objek wisata yang sebelumnya dibangun.
