Dilansir dari hukum online, Sekitar 50 ribu buruh ikut Aksi May Day di Istana dan MK dan dilanjutkan May Day Fiesta di Istora Senayan. Ada 7 tuntutan buruh yang diusung mulai cabut Omnibus Law UU Cipta Kerja hingga hapus outsourcing tolak upah murah.
Pertama, cabut Omnibus Law UU No.6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja. Kedua, cabut parliamentary threshold 4 persen dan presidential threshold 20 persen karena membahayakan demokrasi yang kita kenal. Ketiga, sahkan RUU DPR dan perlindungan pekerja rumah tangga. Keempat, tolak RUU Kesehatan.
Kelima, reforma agraria dan kedaulatan pangan. Tolak bank tanah, tolak impor beras kedelai dan lain-lain. Keenam, pilih capres yang pro buruh dan kelas pekerja. Partai buruh haram hukumnya berkoalisi dengan parpol yang mengesahkan UU Cipta Kerja. Ketujuh, HOSTUM, hapus outsourcing tolak upah murah.
