Kemajuan digitalisasi pelayanan publik ini jangan sampai memarginalkan orang-orang pedesaan yang notabene penduduk terbesar jumlahnya yang ada di Sumedang.
Mereka yang berada di kaki-kaki gunung harus memiliki pengetahuan informasi yang sama dengan masyarakat perkotaan.
Walaupun mereka urang gunung bau lisung, akan tetapi hak berpengetahuan hendaknya sama seperti warga lainnya.
Agar jangan semakin banyak warga yang malas untuk membenahi data administrasinya sendiri dan beralih ke para joki atau calo yang notabene tidak mendidik masyarakat menjadi lebih cerdas.
Menuju Sumedang Lebih Baik
Kini kota Sumedang menjadi kota terbaik nasional dalam pelayanan publik dengan sistem elektronik,
Presiden Jokowi pun menunjuk pemkab Sumedang untuk menularkan pengetahuannya ke berbagai daerah di Indonesia.
